AKC How to Greet a Dog Lesson
On Monday, May 3, 2010, "Ardon" visited 6th grade students at Randolph Middle School to teach children "How to Greet a Dog". This lesson was provided by A.K.C.
AKC Meet the Breed

"Lady" was the sheltie of the hour at the AKC Meet the Breeds program on Saturday, May 1st in San Antonio.
April 10 Education Day

On Saturday, April 10, 2010, members and sheltie fanciers met to work on their handling skills and to socialize puppies. A special thank you to Sergio who played the part of the judge so the rest of us could play with our shelties!
Tracy Tuff Grooming Clinic

On June 20, 2009, The club held a grooming clinic with Tracy Tuff, Mystic Shelties, from Alberta, Canada. Over 40 sheltie fanciers attended.
A.K.C. Education

Allana Hemenway took “Ardon”, Ch. Atwater's Kismet Ardon AX AXJ HT CGC to visit the students at Randolph Middle School on Wednesday, September 18, 2008. “Ardon” visited approximately 300 students and was the motivational set for an 8th grade lesson on canine legislation following the A.K.C. middle school lesson plan.
